In the event of a medical emergency during your tour, you can contact your Tour Manager at any moment. Our tour manager will make every effort to assist you during your tour experience.
Food
We provide homely cooked Bengali food made by our own cook that travel with you. We also provide veg food or baby meals on request. Only tours like Bhutan, Manipur-Nagaland, Tripura, Mizoram Andaman, Silk Route , we do not provide kitchen facility here, you will be given Bengali cuisine from the local restaurants available.
Specialised Tour
We have decided to designed and start with customized package trip for minimum 5 Passenger, Corporate tours etc.

While on a journey of your tour, we take few photographs of the customers which we give on our official website, Newspaper, or any other official site without any prior intimation.
Round The Clock
During the tour, all customers must be punctual. If a customer does not keep the time, he or she must proceed to the next destination at his or her own expense. We will hence not wait for any customer who will be not maintain the time during the tour.
